Using our website
By browsing cravory.cafe or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, so please check back occasionally. This page is maintained by Cravory and is not independent legal advice or a certification.
Orders & payments
Online orders are fulfilled through our partners — Zomato, Swiggy and District. Prices, availability, delivery areas and payment processing are handled by the partner platform you choose. Cravory prepares your order exactly as received; any changes must be made through the partner before the order is accepted.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation and refund policies follow the platform where the order was placed. For orders or payments made directly at the café, please speak to our staff at the counter. We handle these case by case and will do our best to make it right.
In the café
We want every guest to feel comfortable. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave for disruptive behaviour, smoking in non-smoking areas, bringing outside alcohol, or anything that endangers staff or other guests. Pets are welcome only in outdoor seating areas.
Food allergies & dietary needs
Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, nuts, gluten and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of allergens.
Content & intellectual property
Photos, videos, menus, logos and text on this website belong to Cravory unless otherwise credited. Feel free to share our content with credit, but please do not use it for commercial purposes or imply an endorsement without permission.
Liability
Cravory is responsible for the food and service we provide in our café. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party delivery partners, platform outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control such as severe weather or supply shortages.
