What we collect
When you visit cravory.cafe we log basic technical details (browser type, pages viewed) to keep the site fast and secure. If you contact us through phone, WhatsApp, or Instagram, we keep those messages so we can reply and improve service.
Ordering & bookings
Online orders and table reservations are handled by our partners — Zomato, Swiggy and District. Your name, phone, address and payment details are collected and processed by them under their own privacy policies. Cravory receives only the order details required to prepare your food.
Cookies & analytics
We use lightweight, privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors move through the site. We do not sell your data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on this website.
Photos & reviews
Guest photos, reels and reviews shown on this site are either shared publicly on Instagram, Google, Zomato, Swiggy or District, or shared with Cravory with permission. If you'd like a photo of you removed, email us and we'll take it down.
In the café
Our café has CCTV for the safety of guests and staff. Footage is retained for a short period and only reviewed if there's a specific reason to do so.
